You will receive an email before your appointment with links to our waivers and directions to the shop.
Waivers can be filled out in advance or when you arrive to your appointment. .if you have any questions or concerns before your booked appointment you can send me an email or a dm for answers or clarification.
Late / reschedule policy - Please show up on time. If you are running late contact me and let me know. If you are more than 30 minutes late you may lose your appointment as my schedule cannot accommodate such delays.
Rebooking will require a new deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment give me as much notice as possible ( at least 24 hours).
If you no show (do not show up to your scheduled appointment without contacting me) a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you are sick please reschedule. I won’t be mad, I promise. I’m very understanding and flexible with my policies as I find most clients are very good to communicate. I just ask that you respect my time and energy and I promise to do the same.

How to book:
-When my books are open a link will be accessible through my Instagram bio.
-Follow the link and complete the booking form with all necessary information.
-If you are interested in booking more than one tattoo, please include all of your ideas in one booking form.
-If your request is accepted you will get an email with options for an appointment. I’m flexible with scheduling and can work with your availability (within reason).
-Once we have agreed on a time and date for your appointment you must send an $80 deposit to colleen.tattoo@gmail.com .
-Your deposit confirms the agreed upon appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable.
-The deposit is included in the hourly rate of the tattoo, it is not an additional fee.
